Registration for the 11th Congress of the European Pain Federation, Pain in Europe XI is closed.

Congress Fees

Early Bird registration deadline: Tuesday, May 14, 2019
Early Bird extended deadline: Tuesday, May 28, 2019
Late registration fee deadline: Tuesday, August 13, 2019

*Registration Rates are available to participants working in countries classified as Low-income economies, lower-middle income Economies and Upper-middle income economies by the World Bank. The Category B and C countries are listed here. (Category B = Lower-Middle Income & Upper-Middle Income Countries , Category C = Low-Income Countries)

*TAX: There is no tax applicable to the prices showing here. Tickets for the Networking Event and hotel bookings are subject to the Spanish VAT.

**A day ticket cannot be combined with another day ticket. A day ticket can only be purchased once per person. If a day ticket is wished or booked for more than one day, the price will automatically be increased to the next Full Registration category possible at that time.

Additional sessions or workshops will become available in the coming months and may require an additional ticket for entry.

PROOF REQUIRED:
To register as a EFIC Chapter member or as an IASP Member, information regarding your membership will be required.
To register as an Allied Health Professional (Nurse, Psychologist, Physiotherapist, Dietician, Social Worker, Pharmacist, Trainee) a proof of eligibility is required.
To register as a Student or Patients Organisation Representative, a proof of eligibility is required.
The proof of eligibility  will be requested by the Congress Secretariat after the registration process is completed via email.

CAUTION: Be aware of fraudulent individuals and companies that claim to offer registration for Pain in Europe XI and hotel accommodation in Valencia through fraudulent websites and/or by contacting you directly via email. These fraudulent agencies will look similar to the official EFIC 2019 Pain in Europe XI but are not. The only official agency handling registration and accommodation is K.I.T. Group GmbH located in Berlin, Germany. The only email addresses you should communicate with will end in @efic.org or @kit-group.org.

Group registration:

 

To register a group of 10 delegates or more, please click here.

Badge pick-up for groups will be available on the day(s) prior to the congress. Groups will be contacted to arrange individual pick-up appointments in due time. For any other requests or questions, please contact the Pain in Europe XI Congress Secretariat. 

 

Payment Method:

 

Payment for registration can be made as a Bank Transfer. Bank details will be specified within the registration process and again in an email once the registration process has been completed. All transfer costs (including charges that may be incurred on the receiving bank end) must be prepaid by the sender. Confirmation of the registration will be sent via E-mail once the full payment has reached the specified bank account. 

Networking Event:

 

Tickets for the Networking Event, taking place on 6 September 2019, will be available for purchase using the registration portal. More information will be provided as soon as it is available. For those already registered, an email will be sent with information on how to secure your ticket.

Lost Name Badge:

 

If a registered participant has lost or misplaced their name badge, there will be a fee to re-print for the participant, regardless of the reason. The participant will be asked to show a photo identification in order to have this re-printed. The fee of €30.00 must be paid at the time of re-printing, either with a credit card or cash.
